1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged
- A wrong product has been delivered
- A product is missing from the package
3. Refund Process
- Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Minor colour differences due to photography or lighting
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be required to ship the product back in its original packaging. Further instructions will be provided at the time of approval.
